Debt & Capital Advisory Corporate Finance Manager Would you like to work within a growing Debt & Capital Advisory Corporate Finance team within a leading international Business Advisory firm? If so this will be a very good opportunity for you. This leading international firm of accountants and business advisors are expanding their Birmingham Corporate Finance team that provide Capital Structure Advisory services to a wide range of situations,, such as raising new debt finance to deliver M&A or other transactions, fund their growth initiatives, advising them on the renegotiation of existing debt facilities, or raising "rescue financing" in stressed situations. This is an excellent opportunity for this new Debt & Capital Advisory Manager to work within a dynamic and fast growing team with significant opportunities for self-development across a wide variety of projects, which could involve; Evaluating business plans for robustness and potential sensitivities Assessing capital structure / funding options Financial modelling and debt capacity analysis Assessing the appropriateness of financing products and providers Preparing discussion materials for prospective clients Managing ongoing relationships with lenders / investors Organising and managing transaction processes Preparing management presentations and information memoranda Assessing financing offers and negotiating proposed financing terms Commercial negotiation of banking documentation Some of your responsibilities may include; Conducting or reviewing detailed financial modelling to test alternative capital structures and financing options. Managing the review of business plans and management assumptions, including managing team members who report to you Leading the financial and commercial analysis of financing offers and proposed transactions Preparing management presentations and information memoranda, working closely with management teams and business owners Utilising your experience to drive business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities, preparing materials and attending pitches with potential new clients Project managing the transaction process, becoming the main point of contact with the client, prospective lenders, legal advisors and other stakeholders The successful Debt & Capital Advisory Manager will be a bright, articulate, well educated individual who has a number of years experience working with (or ideally for) a lender, including an ability to understand and explain credit processes in detail. You will have a detailed knowledge of leveraged / cashflow lending and also understand banking documentation and legal structuring of debt finance and corporate finance transactions.
