Overview

Credit Control Administrator Plymouth £18-£22,000 Per year Full Time, Permanent Our prestigious client is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to support the Credit Control Manager. In this position you will be maintaining weekly and monthly aged debt reports via excel, chasing payment with sales teams across the globe. You will need to be a good communicator who is organised, and numerical. In the position you will be: Work closely with the sales and manufacturing team regarding invoicing and product manufacture. Maintaining weekly & monthly aged debt reports Overseeing the Credit Control inbox, and responding to queries Maintaining cash receipts Preparing interest reports Contacting the sales teams via email and phone, regarding outstanding sums and payments due. General administration You will need: 1 years Credit Control experience Good Excel skills with the ability to process basic formula's and V.Look-Up Excellent communication skills Great organisation skills This is an opportunity to be part of a international company, who will develop you career. Prior administration or sales ledger experience would be advantageous. There are good transport links available and free parking available. The hours on this position are 7.30am to 4.30pm with an early finish on a Friday. These hours are not flexible.
