Sales Coordinator Woking Up to £30K per annum My client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team within the heart of Woking. The Sales Coordinator will be supporting the Sales Director ensuring the team and the customers needs are met. The Sales Coordinator will: Set up new starters on the internal database Organise and coordinate events and meetings; attending events when required Communicate and assist the sales team with any administrative duties Organise staff inductions and training Book accommodation for staff members Attend meetings and document meeting minutes Assist the Sales Managers in territory planning Produce reports on behalf of the management team Assist in organising Mystery shops for the sales team Ensure smooth running of the office Manage the diary of the sales team Coordinate visits for the clients The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role Have outstanding attention to detail Ideally have previous experience in planning and coordinating events/projects Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Have a minimum of a C grade in GCSE (Mathematics and English) Ideally be qualified within Business Administration or working towards this Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Fridays 9am - 5pm.
