Overview
A well established Housing company are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team in a newly created temporary role for at least 1 month (possibly more). Perfect opportunity to continue development and gain exposure to a new/relevant industry. Client Details A well established housing company with a great working environment. Description Identify positive material for presentation to internal and external audiences. Fostering community relations through events such as open days and community initiatives. Researching, writing and distributing press releases. Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours. Using social media to inform and interact with customers. Managing the PR aspect of any potential crisis situations. Collating and analysing media coverage. Writing and editing in-house magazines, web-page contents, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports. Preparing and creating exciting and engaging content Liaising with and answering enquiries from media platforms. Taking photographs and video where necessary. Maintaining and updating information on our websites and social media. Writing tenant newsletters, annual reports, corporate brochures, and similar publications to a high professional standard Creating leaflets, flyers etc where necessary. Profile Proven experience of dealing with customer enquiries/matters track record of writing marketing content Experience of using Social Media PR exposure Enthusiastic and friendly Job Offer Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to continue developing exposure in a varied temp role
