Paid Media Manager

They have been established for a number of years, have a loyal senior management team and offer a great, relaxed working environment with a superb benefits package and genuine career development opportunities The Opportunity Due to a planned growth strategy they are now seeking a candidate to work as their own "in-house" PPC/Paid media manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the online acquisition manager, developer, content execs and CRO specialist, you'll be a hands on leader capable of devising a unique and bold PPC strategy across multiple mediums, and managing the ongoing campaign, regularly reporting to the board and other departments. You'll be supported be a dedicated PPC account Manager in what is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a new role for the company. Budgets will vary monthly, it's expected you'll deal with campaigns with spends ranging from £200,000-£300,000 per month. Experience required Applicants must have experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Socials and display. It's a small team with a flat management structure so it's imperative you have recent hands on experience of managing campaigns from concept to delivery, not just the strategy behind them. The board are not technical marketers, therefore the ability to explain complex strategies and concepts in layman's terms is important for success in this role.
