This Creative Communications agency has been established for over 20 years and have a large creative team of specialists in Leeds. They work across digital, film, content and design and work collaboratively with many well-known major global brands. They embed strategies, drive cultural change, grow brands and create engaging content across a multitude of channels. They currently have a fabulous opportunity for a UI/UX Designer to join them in their growing UK Digital team. Job Description: You'll be at a senior level or an experienced mid-weight looking for the next move up. You'll be a key player in the team and will devise and design engaging digital solutions for some of the world's best known brands. With a split of around 70% UI and 30% UX the work will range from websites, apps and games, e-marketing, social media campaigns to digital brand experiences. You'll apply strategy and intelligent thinking to your design to optimise the users experience and engagement with the brand. Reporting to the Digital Director, you'll work collaboratively with the wider team of specialists across digital, CX strategy and content, both in the UK and internationally. You'll work with clients directly to research and understand the business and user needs, KPI's and audience profiles. You'll create user stories and design the UX, including user journeys, site maps and wireframes. What we're looking for: You possess expert knowledge and understanding of UX UI design, online strategy and best practice, keeping abreast of digital trends, new technologies and releases, communicating with colleagues and continually driving forward innovation, quality and creativity. You'll be proactive in engaging in meetings including briefings, team meetings, workshops, creative ideation sessions and project briefs. You'll have proven expertise in delivering effective UX Strategy and contemporary UI design which will be demonstrable in your portfolio. Skills: • Sketch and Adobe CS • After Effects and Lottie • Good understanding of various UX planning, prototyping and user testing technologies such as InVision, Usersnap • Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript preferred, but not essential • With a positive attitude and self-motivation, you'll be a logical thinker, accomplished problem solver, highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain a cool, professional head under pressure.
