They are looking for an outstanding Communications Manager to be a senior member of their communications team Communications Manager - The Rewards Salary up to £60,000 Car Allowance Private Medical Bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Communications Manager - Requirements Proven PR experience not just marketing in a similar industry Demonstrable experience in engaging offline colleagues in a similar industry Exceptional ability to create simple, clear, consistent communications from complex information, with outstanding written and verbal communication Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrable decision making, project management and planning skills Able to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical level, Experience in managing agencies and working with other functions to deliver desired outcomes Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment in a flexible way Understanding of and passion for sustainability and CSR Working knowledge of developments in media, technology and culture Communications Manager - Responsibilities Responsible for effective, engaging communication both internally and externally Plan and create communications for business functions, initiatives and projects Be the storyteller across our channels to build pride, advocacy and reputation Credibility and gravitas to work with the senior leadership team Effective at supporting our amazing colleagues at the sharp end of the business An exceptional planner and outstanding writer, someone who can take complex messages and turn them into simple, compelling communications About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
