Creative Designer

Do you have a creative flair and a great eye for detail? As the Creative Designer you will work alongside the team to create compelling andengaging on-brand design content for clients. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with all ad hoc print design work, including promotional material, literature and advertising. Providing digital content creation for social media and web focussing on both video and animation. Working alongside the team to develop the brand identity in line with brand guidelines Keeping up to date with new and relevant design trends. Conforming to best practice and observing any regulatory requirements whilst remaining imaginative, relevant and technically sound. Essential Skills/ Experience: Proven experience at designing digital marketing campaign creatives, with a core focus on social media and web Strong digital and print design experience and proficiency with design packages: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Expertise with video editing programmes such as Premier Pro/After Effects or equivalent Good working knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing and web design Experience of working with printers and external suppliers Excellent visualisation abilities as well as good freehand sketching Organised with the ability to work under pressure on numerous projects at the same time Ability both to take direction and work under your own initiative Candidates' suitability for positions will be judged exclusively on criteria relating to qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience and attitude.
