Overview

Unlike other Social Media roles, you don’t need to have graphic design skills – we have a design team for that. What you do need is a passion and desire to work within social media marketing, and a vision to create engaging content. You’ll need to have a creative flair, as you’ll be responsible for the day to day content creation and analysis for our Facebook and Twitter account. You’ll also be involved with monitoring our Instagram and Pinterest accounts, and working with in-house content customer service and design teams on maintaining brand reputation and standards. This role will allow you to work with key internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work with our paid social agency on brand and production campaign activation across multiple brands throughout the Hillarys Group, and assist the paid media manager in the creation of content and campaign delivery across all social media channels. You’ll get to know our social agencies, and will be required on occasion to travel to meetings in London. This role will give you exposure to working with sizeable budgets across multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You’ll need to be competent with Microsoft Office packages such as excel, and have excellent organisation and time management skills.
