Overview
I'm working closely with a retail focused marketing agency, helping them find their next Senior Account Manager. The agency are fully integrated, based in the heart of Leeds city centre, and have an impressive client portfolio which is heavily retail focussed. The Senior Account Manager role will be working closely a report into the Account Director, whilst being responsible for both Account Managers and Account Executives. The successful candidate will be comfortable client facing, taking briefs, managing budgets and presenting finished work. The clients have high expectations both in quality and turn around, so you must be comfortable and thrive in a fast paced working environment that at times, can be pressured. To be considered for the role, please ensure you have the following skills, experience and desires: A minimum of 3 years marketing agency experience Some exposure to retail clients. Ideally a strong bias in this sector Multichannel experience, predominantly offline initially A passion for managing people, developing talent and growing teams Comfortable recruiting and a strong understanding of HR policies A natural relationship builder, both internally and externally Familiar working closely with design studios. Writing and managing creative briefs, concept to delivery Commercially astute Driven to develop own career and challenge yourself outside of comfort zones
