Overview

As the digital operations lead at an EMEA level, you will be responsible for managing the campaign project plans with the agency, EMEA Content & Activation Manager to ensure all components of a campaign from owned, biddable media and retail media investment are tagged and set up correctly. A core responsibility for the operations manager will be to manage the EMEA Development Roadmap with Global IT and GDT teams. This workstream will test and learn initiatives to drive DTC and commerce goals with key retailers, ecommerce community in UK and France. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the tag management of all paid, owned earned touchpoints and attribution analysis for the EMEA hub Manage the development roadmap and technology rollout, orchestration across EMEA owned platforms and biddable media, DTC, commerce solutions. Rollout and implement the EMEA editorial calendar and activation toolkits for the EMEA content and activation lead Manage the EMEA innovation, test and learn programme with the performance media lead and activation teams Responsible for the integration of performance media and analytics ongoing reporting with the EMEA analytics team and media team. Lease with agency partners to optimize digital performance. Manage and share the EMEA Project plans for development, activation toolkits and best practice with the EMEA McCormick stakeholders/MLT. Keep up-to-date with new digital developments and research opportunities for the McCormick where appropriate Manage the EMEA content and activation plan between agencies and brand teams Provide ongoing-support to the performance media and search manager to optimise data driven marketing agenda at McCormick Manage digital operation tasks, including tagging, tracking, attribution and measurement of digital performance media channels. Knowledge of GA 360, Google Tag Manager and publishing solutions like Sprinklr highly desirable. Identify opportunities for innovation and manage A/B tests with the EMEA digital team to champion the data driven marketing ambition at McCormick. Manage the development roadmap with the "Global Development" partner. Manage and rollout local site updates, while managing local brand campaign requirements across EMEA for key activation windows for owned platforms and biddable media. Support development of relationships with media and technology partners to ensure McCormick are positioned to take advantage of product tests and betas, and are kept up to date with NDP pipeline Work with Technology teams, ensuring the integration of media platforms and technology within the Global IT infrastructure. Ensure tracking, measurement & learnings are in place to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations & implementing changes to activation plans. Work with the Digital Leads to own, test and develop new test initiatives including SEM & SEO, biddable media and creative test with the EMEA Content & Activation lead. Support channel attribution analysis and click stream analysis via the use of an Attribution Management platform Support day to day performance reporting, process and delivery across digital marketing to support day to day campaign optimization CANDIDATE PROFILE BA or BSC Degree or equivalent practical experience Relevant experience in a Digital or Operations role within Marketing; ideally a Digital Operations role. Experience working with Ad Tech platforms (DMP, DSP, SSP, BMS, AMP, Ad Servers), ideally outside of running campaigns. Web analytics experience (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprinklr, WebTrends, etc). Experience with attribution methodologies other than last-click. Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) Focused and determined Self-motivated Innovative Ability to work alone and as part of a team Driven - able to meet targets and rise to a challenge A marketing or industry qualification (e.g. CIM) HTML or JavaScript knowledge.
