Overview
MG133 - Product Marketing Manager London This client is a global loyalty and benefits company, who enable the world's biggest brands to acquire, engage and retain their customers. They have worked with over 90 airlines, 20 hotel groups and more than 1400 financial institutions and banks with a range of products and solutions. They now need a Product Marketing Manager to work with the Head of Product Marketing with new product initiatives and to take ownerships of various marketing projects. You will: Define and deliver an integrated B2B marketing plan for the loyalty commerce business across the full marketing mix to create engagement and qualified leads to help build a healthy pipeline of new opportunities; Determine and deliver marketing activities across all the products within the Product Innovation space including the creation of go to market sales and marketing collateral; Collaborate with the global digital marketing team and PR Manager to maximise the content and opportunities across PR, web, email and social media; Support events both internally and externally for the Commerce, Airports and Product teams from stand designs, marketing materials through to implementation; Manage market research, consumer insights and competitor analysis, developing appropriate updates and reports; Manages the use of internal resources to maximise budget efficiency and tracking of purchase orders and spend against the marketing budgets. To be successful, you will have: A degree in a related subject; 5 years marketing experience in a product marketing or B2B marketing role, knowledge of technology-based products; Experience working within a matrix and / or complex stakeholder environment; Experience working with internal teams and external agencies; Extremely collaborative, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Understanding or experience of working in a business with multi-functional teams and a large portfolio of products and services desirable.
