Job Description - Social Media Marketing Executive The Role Aspray seek a talented and experienced social media marketing executive who is also able to create and manage interesting blogs and galvanise self-employed appointed representative into action, to join their sales and marketing team. Responsible for promoting Aspray and other related brands on social media in an FCA compliant manner and for continually liaising and establishing strong engagement with our self employed, franchised, network of loss assessors. Main duties will include: Creating, planning and implementing social media marketing campaigns and strategies, predominately for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn Setting and implementing social media and campaigns to align with marketing strategies Creating interesting and engaging online participation from our franchisees for example, red nose day pictures and posts Liaising with and encouraging Franchisees (AR’s) to promote content creation and pro-active engagement with Aspray’s social media campaigns and other marketing related events Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts Expanding current social media presence across our network of ARs Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner Promoting pro-active online engagement with strategic partners (Introducers), customers and stakeholders Promoting the content of specific web pages and websites via social media and amongst the company’s ARs Generating and pitching ideas, composing and editing posts, marketing posts to readers and conducting research Attending exhibitions or other marketing events (such as Launch Events), as required, to promote on-stand activity via social media. Such events may be outside of normal working hours and require you to stay away from home for a short period Keeping up with any and all regulatory requirements Training new ARs on social media activity and their Aspray social media dashboard Setting up, monitoring and driving forward ARs social media platforms and dashboard, as required Protecting data, as per GDPR rules and FCA regulations requirements Coordinating with Marketing, PR, Recruitment and Claims Management departments Monthly MI reporting to the board of directors Staying up-to-date with digital technology trends Starting Salary £18,500 - £21,500 depending on experience. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
