Overview
Product Manager Rocking Zebra Recruitment is recruiting for a Product Manager responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of apprenticeship products for an established organisation which continues to grow at pace. This includes the exploration, identification, research, business analysis, justification and launch of new products / services as well as determining the ongoing viability and ensuring the maintenance of products already in existence. Working with key stakeholders, you will ensure the outputs of the product portfolio are in line with market needs and enables delivery of revenue and profit targets. You will lead and co-ordinate projects to identify and understand customer/consumer needs in the apprenticeship marketplace to strengthen our clients market position. Develop an understanding of market opportunities that will enhance and add value to the apprenticeship offer by identifying, building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers Maintain an understanding of the digital apprenticeship landscape (and other related developments) alongside the existing apprenticeship offer to identify for example progression routes, duplication, opportunities for growth / new development. Skills & experience Demonstrable experience and a track record of success to lead the development of product and ensure objectives, goals and commitments aremet relating to IT and digital Proven product development and delivery management experience of apprenticeships / work-based learning, ideally within the UK Proven product/Project Management Experience - ability to manage concurrent projects Proven experience in developing and assessing the viability of business cases, budgets and plans Proven ability to manage end-to-end development lifecycle Significant experience of working with IT professionals at a team and individuallevel If you feel this is you then please call the Rocking Zebra recruitment team today or send your CV to us.
