Creative Graphic Designer

This company works within the reward incentives sector, creating engaging campaigns for their clients through creative, concept driven material. Working throughout both digital and print, they are looking for someone with a strong print background to join their digital heavy team. You would be joining an easy going, fun group of designers and marketers bringing their concepts to creative completion. Key Responsibilities: Creating material for client employees mainly involving benefits, incentives and recognition work Designing mainly for a print platform, but working closely with the digital design team to create cohesive campaigns with an emphasis on email design Bringing the concepts through amendment stages and seeing the project over to completion Producing a range of designs covering both print and digital including but not limited to posters, email graphics, digital brochures, social media graphics, banners, leaflets and roadshow materials Generating a campaign that can be used across multiple clients and industries To succeed in this role, you must have: Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Understanding of the print processes for producing your designs Be a creative guru Have a full 360-degree appreciation for the many uses of a design throughout a campaign Great examples of conceptual projects in your portfolio Ability to see a project through from concept to completion If you have plenty of experience in print design with a flair for creative concept work and are looking for your next challenge in a friendly atmosphere, this is the role for you Based in Milton Keynes this opportunity is easily commutable from locations such as Bletchley, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham, Woburn, Winslow, Towcester, Wolverton and Newport Pagnell.
