Overview
Domain : Data and analytics and large scale digital transformation ; Profile : Extensive years of relevant experience in leading firms of our target industry (CPG, Retail) in data and analytics domain Skills required Have deep strategic and functional expertise in consumer goods and in retail - experience of engaging with C-level executives at our most strategic customers Have High degree of familiarity with agile and devops ways of working Have strong grasp of analytics use cases in CPG and retail industry across the whole value chain Have high level of appreciation of business value of technology Have experience in designing various IT operating models Have experience in multi-cloud integration and articulating cloud strategy have consistent record of delivering business value, by bringing the benefits of technology to transform their business have Business development experience of structuring, negotiating and supporting complex deals have broad understanding of the industry( CPG, Retail) , including current and emerging Digital Solutions, and experience managing large scale business change programs within one or more vertical industries have executive presence, including ability to hold CXO level discussions, and executive-level, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills have the ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including the coordination of relevant resources Key asks of the Role Drive innovation and setup deal structures aligned to the specific deal with associated economics Align to and provide support to deal team to get deals closed Help create the customer's digital business strategy Guide customers as they re-imagine and document their digital transformation journey. Lead the creation and orchestration of a digital transformation unit that includes the Microsoft and customer team to help make it happen. Enable Continuous Innovation Ensure that the organization creates an ongoing capability that will continue the digital transformation process throughout the company Qualifications: Relevant Characteristics and Experience for the Global Digital Advisor Role Willing to travel in UK, Europe or India including possible secondment to undertake project work Working hours: 37.5 hours/week Work location: Milton Keynes The last date for receiving applications is 8th April 2020
