Overview
Design Led Architect (ARB) - Edinburgh AC Salary depending on experience Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an award-winning, design-led architectural practice based in Edinburgh. We are looking to speak with design-led Architects having strong project running experience and a strong creative flair to join a medium-sized, highly accomplished team. Our client works mainly within a wide variety of projects across the whole of Scotland including; Residential, Retail and Education. Career progression is actively encouraged. To work as a Design Led Architect (ARB) you must: - Be suitably qualified with a number of years' worth of experience post qualification - Have the ability to manage a demanding workload of medium to large-scale projects - Have strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction detailing knowledge and hand sketching abilities - Have a strong design portfolio - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Revit - Have excellent communication and organisational skills - Be commercially aware, responsible and reliable - Experience of preparing and presenting design proposals to the client - Willing to take responsibility and able to use own initiative Commutable locations for this Design Led Architect (ARB) role: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Leith, Livingston, Dunfermline If you are interested in hearing more about this Design Led Architect (ARB) please call ALICE on (01792) 365 109 and send an updated CV and portfolio to .
