Marketing Assistant £19,000 - £20,000 Must drive and have your own car Horsforth My client a prestigious Property company based in North Leeds is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to work in a friendly small B2C marketing department. The main purpose of this role is to support the Marketing department in the development and delivery of all marketing and in particular the digital marketing activity across the business. Marketing Assistant duties: Assist in the production of both digital and offline marketing materials for including posters, canvassing leaflets, campaign flyers, letters and adverts. Look after all e-marketing activity, producing emails, managing campaigns and results, liaising with branches and departments to produce any other emails that are required Assist in any community projects including administration for MS Community Fund, creation of adverts and any other required materials Work with PR agency on the production of regular PR stories, and work with the team on the distribution of these across various channels Regular updates on Intranet including directory, announcements, gallery etc Manage the allAgents review channel and Google reviews, and update monthly reports and top reviews by branch / individual Responsibility for ordering and maintaining stationery, consumables, business cards and equipment for branches / departments, and tidiness thereof.
