General Manager - The Rewards Great Salary of up to £50K per annum Achievable bonus scheme paid quarterly Excellent Training & Development Fantastic Progression Opportunities Great Company Benefits General Manager - Requirements You will be currently running a fantastic quality premium bar / wet led operation At least 3 years experience working at General Manager level Experience with new openings a distinct advantage Knowledge of the Birmingham market Turnover experience of at least £50K a week Leading and developing a team Motivating your team, driving passion for an amazing customer experience Stock management and rota organisation Continually drive standards Driving sales and build relationships with local groups, businesses identifying appropriate marketing opportunities General Manager - Responsibilities As General Manager, you will be the face of the business.
