Overview

One of UK's leading LSE-listed Asset Management brands is continuing to grow from strength to strength. As part of their ongoing success and strategic growth roadmap, a newly created CX function has been created within the wider marketing department of the business. This will be an insights and data driven role, where the CX Manager will be defining end to end customer journey maps across omnichannel service delivery. As part of this diverse role, there will be one direct report into the newly created position. You will be working cross functionally across various internal departments including marketing, client services, operations, technology, change, finance, corporate development and front office. The objective will be to deliver a high touch, quality service across the end to end client lifecycle to support loyalty and advocacy commercial outcomes. You will be involved from designing and implementing the customer journey, to defining touchpoints/ pain points with an end objective of delivering positive CX outcomes. The ideal candidate will; Have demonstrated CX experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industry (Banking/Asset/Wealth/Investment Management will be favourable, but not essential). Be familiar with working in large complex matrix environments, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels within various internal and external departments. Be passionate about defining the end to end customer journey, and keen to bring your best in class CX methodology and design thinking skillsets to help scale the business from a commercial lens. Be hands on in nature, and keen to champion various CX implementation project/program across the wider business from a insights driven & data centric perspective.
