Ed/Med Coms Account Director - Fleet, Hampshire Salary £DOE plus benefits We are recruiting for an award-winning communications medical communications agency who are looking for an Account Director to join their close knit and highly successful team. This is a full-time role, however, there is flexibility to also work from home and you must have experience of working in ed/med coms agencies and a science or business first degree. You need to have: A track record of managing and growing successful client accounts and leading and winning new business pitches Solid first line management experience with proof of developing others A demonstrable high degree of energy and enthusiasm for work; preparedness to go the extra mile and work flexible hours when necessary Experience and competencies required Demonstration of career progression in medical communications or medical education agencies A track record of managing successful client accounts and involvement in new business pitches Experience in medical communications in order to derive medical communications strategies and appropriate operational plans on a national and international basis Strong analytical, enquiring, insightful and strategic thinking abilities Strong writing, presentation and communications skills Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint A flexible, thoughtful approach to getting the best from both clients and team members The ability to work as a versatile, supportive team player within the company A demonstrable high degree of energy and enthusiasm for work; preparedness to go the extra mile and work flexible hours when necessary Please contact us for an in-depth job description.
