Overview

Global company are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their UK and Ireland Head Office team, based just outside Ascot. To develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK in line with the company's International central plan, responsible for product strategy for both division. Furthermore, the successful candidate is responsible for the execution and roll out at local level of the positioning, core messaging and product campaigns, always in alignment with the strategic positioning developed by International Head Office. On-going liaison with International Head Office, keeping up to date with central marketing initiatives, promotions and activations transferable to the UK market for all company brands. Creation and execution of a detailed marketing plan for the brands, underpinning the company's central strategy and tailored for the UK consumer with an objective to boost brand awareness and sales locally. Co-ordination of product strategy and content for brand websites - imagery, functionality, pricing and promotions. Support during the development of the product launch campaigns /maintenance campaigns by providing feedback to briefings, assess the local needs and requirements, provide feedback and input during the localisation. Planning, updating and tracking of central product support materials and assets to support brand marketing and promotional activation in the UK. Management of all saleable branded goods and associated pricing strategy for clear communication through all marketing platforms. Detailed research and analysis of brand / product competitors with an aim to maintain the company's trusted premium status, improve best practice and boost sales. Creation and management of budget lines, tracking and reporting spend. Attendance of regular field meetings for bothbrands, developing strong personal relationships and staying connected with the Customer Advisor team. Provide local insights during the development of the product marketing strategy and product positioning. Candidate Specification 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and communication Well-developed presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, flexible and proactive personality, team player within the broader international community of product managers Affinity with products: ability to deeply understand a product and be passionate about it, be able to explain the product in a clear way to external stakeholders, be able to translate the products benefits into a marketing / communication language that fits to the target audience Ability and willingness to deeply understand customers, their problems and their needs. Language skills: fluent English
