Overview

Media Agency Group has a unique opportunity available for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Digital Sales Manager to join the team to work across all brandsbased in MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, Manchester . The role is a full time, permanent position and in return for joining us as our Digital Sales Manager , you will receive a competitive salary of £40-45k Bonus pluscommission structure and benefits. We are a market leading independent media agency, based at the home of media; MediaCityUK. We plan and deliver bespoke and effective advertising campaigns across a broad range of clients both nationally and internationally for many recognisable household brands and innovative new age start-ups. Responsibilities as our Digital Sales Manager: - Personal and divisional sales targets, this can be anywhere across the portfolio but with primary focus on paid ad spend from new clients - Assist in exceeding the group annual digital targets - Lead the way in selling across the full portfolio to new and existing clients not yet spending with us on digital - Support and train the Group Heads and advertising sales teams. We want the sales team to be fully equipped with the knowledge required to really help the client achieve their goals - Coach and improve the sales team so that they become solution based rather than adding digital on - Analyse our existing, spending clients - Leadership - as a member of the senior account Management team please ensure all staff are optimistic and driven - Ensure Publishers/Editors are working with the Digital ad sales effort - Production - ensure we have a schedule of delivery that is accurate to the client deal and respects the integrity of our platform and audience - Reporting - produce a weekly report on what has been sold plus a monthly overview with a commentary, with a detailed monthly department overview What we’re looking for in our Digital Sales Manager: - At least 1 year experience managing a digital team - Dedicated to a career in digital ad world - Commercially aware and target-driven - Understanding and experience in agency deliverables - Experience of driving revenue from traditional media to digital - Drive to deliver results beyond expectations - Committed and ambitious individual with a thirst to learn and develop - Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment - Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail - Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Why not click 'apply’ today?
