Marketing Manager

A large, unique and exciting business, with international presence have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to cover a period of maternity leave for around 12 months - Managing a team of 4 and working closely within the department with the Digital and Ecommerce Managers to develop and implement the overall brand strategy for the business across all its markets. Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing the customer proposition, social media strategy & customer loyalty strategy, contributing to and fulfilling business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a customer loyalty programme Define and implement the brands social media strategy across all its EU territories Develop an industry leading customer contact strategy for the business that maximises the brands exposure, ensuring communications are relevant, accurate and build brand loyalty Become the brand champion for the business, ensuring that the wider workforce is aligned on the brand proposition Working closely with the purchasing team to shape our NPD comms plans Reporting and presenting to key internal stakeholders on any key customer opportunities to ensure buy in and support Gain a key understanding of our competitor activity and identify opportunities for us to differentiate Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager build out the company’s content strategy to drive SEO opportunity Key Skills/Experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and pressurised environment Good communication and influencing skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues Creative mindset Experience of effective cross functional working Strong understanding of social media marketing International Experience Preferred Good organisational skills and attention to detail Self-starter, motivated to propose new ideas and see them through Experience of working in Brand Marketing Preferred Role benefits and perks A salary commensurate with experience, negotiable Monday to Friday, flexible working hours between 8am-6pm Holidays 25 days plus statutory days On site car parking International travel opportunity A unique, progressive business
