UX Product Manager

Great opportunity to join us and optimise our H.Samuel and Ernest Jones online user experiences UX Product Manager – Borehamwood Here at Signet Jewelers we’re looking for a UX Product Manager to join our new UX team in our Borehamwood office. As UX Product Manager you’ll support the development and ongoing management and optimisation of specific customer journeys online. As Product Manager your responsibilities will be as follows: Being the digital advocate for key features and functions that address the business objectives while meeting the customer needs Increasing the understanding of UX within relevant functions across the business Generating and leading processes around user research , concept testing, and usability testing; conducting competitive audits and collating market research, converting finding into design decisions Leading rapid iterative “discovery” streams (using various prototyping tools and significant usability testing) in an attempt to validate ideas quickly and minimise engineering effort Collating and translating insights, competitor analysis, user research and qualitative data to inform new ideas and optimisation Validating design through usability testing The ideal applicant will be experienced as follows: Demonstrable working knowledge of A/B and MVT testing and relevant tools: Maxymiser, Monetate, Optimisely Strong leadership skills enhanced with motivational qualities and communication skills Able to inspire and influence teams and senior management alike Good delegation and coaching skills – highly comfortable in empowering individuals and development teams HTML coding, JavaScript coding, with jQuery, Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver Experience of using JIRA and Confluence We offer a fantastic job and more… We are passionate about our profession, and together we can help you realise your full potential.
