Job Title: Centre Manager Job Location: Ealing, Greater London Job Status: Full time / Permanent Working Hours: Mon to Thu - 10.30AM to 8.00PM : Friday - Closed : Sat & Sunday - 11AM to 3PM Client Details: Our Client is a global company with more than 900 learning centres worldwide, which offers help and enrichment to students through our unique combination of mental, oral, visual, tactile and written techniques.We teach maths to children for understanding, in a way that makes sense to them Most importantly we make maths fun and grow children’s confidence. We are currently seeking a Centre Manager to ensure successful centre operations, work with students to achieve mastery of maths, support parents and to train and manage a team of Instructors. Job Overview: Our Centre Managers are dynamic, enthusiastic individuals, they possess the exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial and organisational skills needed to successfully operate a thriving learning centre.This will be achieved through proactive marketing, effective sales techniques, competent instructional leadership, empathetic parent communication, inspirational staff management and effective administration but most of all you must have a great rapport with your students. We seek visionary leaders who embody the integrity, mission and values, who will motivate and guide fellow colleagues and potentially support franchisees through corporate training programmes. Responsibilities: •Execute marketing and create captivating campaigns at a local level •Engage with the local community, network, build strong school and business relationships •Present polished, compelling sales messages to parents, to create student enrolment •Execute superior customer service, communicating student progress to parents regularly and confidently resulting in student retention •Administer Centre curriculum through accurate student assessment and diagnosis to monitor and ensure continued student progression and mastery •Inspire and lead a team to deliver teaching methodology •To oversee staff induction, training and continuous professional development •To maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis purposes •To manage financial aspects of parent billing and payments •Responsible for management of staff costs and centre costs Person Specification Essential: •Proven leadership skills and experience in a management or supervisory role •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Exceptional customer service focus •Passion for working with students •Superb organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines •Exemplary character, ambitious, resilient and empathetic •Strong maths skills and a Higher Education qualification Preferred: •Previous educational, teaching or tutoring experience •Degree level qualification •Previous experience in Sales/Marketing •Business acumen and basic accounting skills A full-time permanent position working an average of 40 hours per week for 5 days over a 7-day period.
