CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST LONDON £45,000 - £50,000 Are you a SQL insight analyst with a passion for music and analysing customer data? You will work for a leading music supplier who completely owns the individual rights to all their music. They produce music for all kinds of area's including commercials, adverts, and backing tracks for leading artists with over 150,000 tracks in their library. THE COMPANY As you can imagine being within the music industry their offices are state of the art with all the newest tech. They partner with major clients including the BBC and work with some of the most in-demand stars on the market. How their business model works is that specific clients will pay them a subscription to earn specific musical rights. They also have a fantastic office culture with early finishes and opportunities to listen to live music gigs in a world-famous recording studio. THE ROLE You will predominately be using SQL to work on a range of projects including: Conducting in-depth analysis to gain customer insight and then utilizing this information to drive strategic marketing decisions Product discovery & design through a clear understanding of how their customers are engaging with their products Developing customer segments and communicating your insight to teams in the wider business to influence marketing and sales strategy Using your own expertise to come up with innovative solutions to solve potential problems on the data that is gathered YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university Proficient in SQL, having utilised it in a commercial role previously Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight working with wider teams in the business influencing sales and marketing strategy Expert communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data using Tableau to key stakeholders from a non-technical THE BENEFITS £45,000 - £50,000 Fantastic office culture HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Richard Jones via the Apply link on this page.
