We have a new opportunity to join Emerald Publishing on a 6 month fixed term contract as our Customer Insight Manager. The Role & Team: As part of a diverse & multi-talented marketing department & brand team, this role is responsible for analysing and providing customer insights to help decision making and inform new products, marketing campaigns and strategies. This is a focused and analytical role that shines a light on key insights to enable Emerald to be a market leading innovative challenger brand. What You’ll Be Doing: The key focus of this role is analysing & creating customer insights and sharing these with the business in a meaningful way. This includes: Tracking KPIs around customer loyalty & advocacy (NPS tracking), as well as brand metrics to establish how well our brand values resonate with our communities. Identifying and describing clearly defined market and customer segments, shining a light on the commercial opportunities, customer needs, attitudes and motivations Bringing customer needs to life in a compelling & engaging way - thinking creatively about how to engage stakeholders in a way that puts insights at the heart of the customer value proposition and their decision making. Presenting key findings to the business in a clear, credible and easy to follow way Creating a central repository of internal & external insights that is easy to access. Developing strong relationships with external agencies to enrich thinking Who We’re looking For: Do you have practical experience in market research techniques, data analysis and customer segmentation? Do you have a strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy & techniques? Can you present data in an insightful, easy to follow way, bringing together disparate pieces of information to present a clear picture. We’re looking for an individual who can analyse brand & customer data, create insights and share this with the business in an impactful way, informing new products and marketing strategies.
