Overview
Trainee Reseacher - Windsor - Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen within the research function of a privately owned prestigious Search & Selection consultancy due to business expansion. Our client is looking for a first class Resourcer to specifically support Senior projects and openings. The role will report into a Director and will be based in the centre of Windsor with parking provided. As an Executive Resourcer, you will be responsible for developing call cycles using on line tools and databases whilst identifying, qualifying and supporting applicants/Interims with regular updates, availability and market intelligence. You will also lead a weekly candidate review with the team and help with any marketing activity where required. With the determination to succeed and ability to influence and build strong credibility, you will become an integral member of a robust and fast paced consulting team, proactively assisting the consultants with any new instructions. This organisation works with clients ranging from small SMEs to top 10 FTSE and international corporations as well as more entrepreneurial, PE backed companies. Their projects are typically within £80K to £400K salary range, in the South East of England, and on occasion, further afield.
