Walker Greenbank PLC are currently recruiting for a Studio Manager to join our team This role can be based in our offices in Loughborough or Denham. Who are we? The Role: As the Studio Manager, you will be the administration link between the studio, creatives, merchandising and in group factories and own the administration of launch plan critical paths for all brands ensuring all dates are correct and up to date and ensure administration communication with all suppliers is current and accurate. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage all communication with vendors and internal departments including factory, design studio and visual merchandising. Accountable for the management of data for all areas of product development, ensuring accuracy, efficiency of process and deadline maintenance Utilise data to drive collection launch plans on periodic reporting to the sales, design, and marketing teams providing key business insights. Own, build and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships through working collaboratively with customers, vendors whilst partnering with internal teams. Attend meetings as required by the Creative Director, take minutes and follow up with actions Preparation for handling over new products Assist the Creative Director with administrative tasks including expenses, booking team one to one meetings, presentations and other ad hoc duties as and when required. Assist the Creative Director with budgets and reviewing them monthly. Critical path reviews and coo-ordination with suppliers/internal colleagues Support all correspondence with manufacturers Support the technical department Keep up to date records of supplier contact information Ordering samples/lengths required for studio development Assist with digital and physical production boards Prepare order process and conversion pack If you would like to be considered for the Studio Manager opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience: Significant experience working within a creative environment is essential Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Experience of working within the textile sector is highly desirable but not essential Flexibility attitude to travel Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone Significant experience within an administrative role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A logical approach to work with strong organisational skills and ability to think strategically.
