Overview
Responsibilities Business Support - Global (Chelmsford, UK) We are currently looking to recruit a motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Aon Global team in Chelmsford. The successful individual will play a key role in supporting our Client Managers & Service Advisors to deliver high quality and efficient service to clients. We will consider applications from those people looking for full or part-time / flexible working. Your impact as a Business Support Checking/ Issuing monthly and quarterly claims reports, request and issue statements etc . Data comparison on client accounts Drafting of Letters and Certificates, report binding Ensuring policies issued within required 30 day period Distribution of large submission files to key insurers Set up/maintain electronic filing system records as requested Typing up hand written minutes /taking minutes Checking Cliqview for payments and accounts issues Setting up data rooms and import documents into these, including data room admin and ensuring that users are set up correctly Use of invoice tracking on clients & updating insurance registers Use of Brokasure system; Checking sanctions filed, renewal reports etc in a timely manner Organising room bookings, meetings and making travel arrangements Other Adhoc duties You bring knowledge and expertise Good experience of using Microsoft programs, specifically MS Excel.
