If this sounds like you, then Reed Business Support Bristol North want to hear from you as we have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and friendly team At Reed, no day is the same and the range of tasks you'll complete as a Recruitment Consultant are incredibly varied. In a typical week however, you can expect to do the following: Engage with Reed candidates, completing telephone screening calls and interviewing candidates to build a proactive marketing plan for their job search - Attend business meetings, speaking with our valued clients to discuss their vacancies and build a full understanding of their recruitment needs - Complete proactive marketing and sales activities on behalf of your registered candidates, with the goal of finding a suitable opportunity for them. This involves a mixture of sales calls, email marketing campaigns and advertising on social media platforms - Managing the full job filling life cycle from start to finish, advertising vacancies and writing role profiles, finding suitable candidates, right through to setting up interviews and managing job offers.
