Overview

Role Overview: Reporting to a Client Relationship Director, you will leverage internal processes and systems to project manage multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. These projects are likely to focus on lead generation, leveraging promotional actions across social media, digital channels, emails, landing pages, telemarketing, content syndication - all supported by campaign creative and content originated from within the design department. You will support delivery processes of all projects, analyse and improve the way service delivery colleagues are used on your projects and forecast project profitability with a mindset to always be driving efficiency and business growth. General Responsibilities: You will support the client team in achieving a collective objective of profitability, revenue growth and client satisfaction through a seamless project delivery service. You will have a thorough understanding of the services and how they come together for effective client campaigns. Understand modern marketing techniques and are proactive in ensuring that they are continually keeping up to date with the fast-changing nature of B2B marketing - such as changes to key platforms, legislation and capabilities. You will support our senior team and specialists to deliver and develop long-term client growth. Specific Responsibilities Ensure QA check points are created and adhered to - so that all work is reviewed as required before delivery to your Client Relationship Director and, ultimately, clients Projects are delivered in a timely manner and within expected budgets to a level of client satisfaction expected of an international, top tier marketing agency Attendance at client and internal meetings (both in person and remotely, where required) ensuring that all documentation, actions and communications are accurately completed and managed as per company process and standards Clients are fully up to date as to the progress of projects and campaigns Collate, manage, interpret and deliver project administration, briefs, written communications and commercial documentation, leveraging company templates Manage projects via approved platforms Interrogate and report to Client Relationship Director as to the progress of project and campaign delivery and performance across the various online platforms used To be considered for this role you must have a background within a Marketing Agency.
