Bid Manager

Exciting Bids role based in either Manchester or Liverpool. This is an opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Bid Management alongside a high performing team within the highly competitive legal sector. You will take ownership of project managing bids from start to finish, pulling together the bid team including partners, solicitors, IT, Finance, HR and marketing and BD. You will be responsible for writing compelling bid content and ultimately have a key role in the successful completion of the bid. Throughout you will be supported and developed through the support of the wider Marketing and BD function as well as the oversight and leadership of the Head of Bids. To be successful you will need to have worked on successful bid management before, not necessarily in a dedicated Bid role. Ideally you will have worked in a law firm previously but that is not essential and experience within the wider corporate world will stand you in good stead. Influencing skills, strong content writing, attention to detail, business acumen. All these attributes are the key requirement.
