Operations Executive - Danish Speaking

It is essential that you have fluent Danish Speaking and Writing skills to be considered. The Role of Operations Executive: In the role of Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the operations department in the launch and growth of the company’s Danish business. This is a hands-on position utilising many skills from customer service, relationship building to translating. You will proactively assist and build relationships with all departments involved in the Danish business. Key Responsibilities: Assist when needed to translate or localise any documents, publications and social media from English into Danish and vice a versa Support the relevant Danish departments which could be Fraud, Payments, CS or Complaints Providing customer service through email, phones and web chat interactions Resolving customer complaints and queries in a patient, efficient and courteous manner Escalating issues to the Assistant Team Leader/Team Leader as necessary Identifying risks associated with gambling fraud Record all information in a correct and detail manner Keeping updated of professional knowledge by participating in training, maintaining personal networks and studying developments within the industry Preparing and presenting presentations and report writing The ideal Operations Executive: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish Communicative and faultless telephone manner Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure Exceptional negotiation problem-solving skills Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Customer focus and commitment to service excellence Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to work schedules Knowledge of online gaming and betting industry (Desirable) Interest and knowledge of sports (Desirable) In return for your hard work as their Operations Executive, you will be offered a competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum plus benefits including, Bonus Pension scheme Private medical cashplan Eyecare vouchers Death in service Retail & Hospitality vouchers Cycle to work scheme If you have the skills and experience to excel as their Operations Executive, click apply No terminology in this advert is intended to be deemed discriminatory.
