About The Role The Digital Marketing Group at Pegasus is responsible for driving direct bookings to hotel websites using various digital marketing channels and techniques. The role of Senior PPC Marketing Manager is essentially an entirely remote position , albeit with the potential for very infrequent European and international travel to visit clients. There may also be the option for infrequent and short periods of travel within the UK to meet with other colleagues, developing in-person relationships with the people you will be working with. Reporting to the Senior Directors of Digital Marketing you will take over the management of an existing and expanding portfolio of hotels. The role will include: Creating, maintaining, monitoring and optimising SEM accounts to maximise direct bookings for hospitality clients. Delivering monthly reporting and conference calls on the success of the efforts and the strategies for future months. Setting up, managing and optimising the performance of pay-per-click and performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display networks, metasearch platforms, social media and any other appropriate channels. Maintaining and optimising keyword lists and bids within monthly account budgets, ensuring the highest impression share available, alongside the best ROAS. Working alongside the client to maximise the performance of the account and share insights and advice related to key metrics, goals, and revenue. Collaborating with colleagues and partners providing complementary services including SEO, graphics and technologies. Directing and suggesting improvements to creative copy and graphical ad templates. Keeping pace with performance marketing and wider industry trends and developments and share best practices with our clients as well as publicly on our website and in our blog. About The Role Requirements A passion for performance marketing. Solid experience in search engine marketing including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. An outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and solve problems. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a deadline-driven atmosphere. Excellent written and oral communication. An ability to learn new industries and business types quickly and apply this knowledge to digital marketing initiatives whilst achieving client goals. To be a self-starter, able to work independently with high levels of autonomy and responsibility. Exceptional analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. The flexibility to work predominantly with EST (GMT-5) clients, as well as a global team of colleagues. The ability to work well under sudden and sometimes unexpected pressure and deadlines. About The Role Desirables Experience in travel or hospitality is very desirable , but not required.
