By increasing engagement and followers, in turn, this leads to an increase in sales. To be at the forefront of relevant Social media platforms and methodologies. About the Responsibilities: You will be the most experienced Social Media professional in this business, so you will be comfortable working autonomously although you are part of the wider marketing team (c. 15-20) Develop and implement Paid Social campaigns, e.g. Instagram, Facebook etc Launch display advertising Continually test and learn, e.g. testing ad-formats, audience targeting and content. Feeding these findings back into the plan Stay well informed with all things Social, it is your job to know about new alternative platforms or apps to enhance efficiency for the department but has the user experience as the main focus Analysing data on Excel and reporting About the Requirements: Paid Social Media experience in a working capacity is essential Highly proficient in Excel and happy with data and numbers Ideally from a retail or brand background but not essential If you are from a mixed skill background, paid social media needs to take up 50% of your time or more Excellent stakeholder management experience About the Person: Natural flair and passion for Social Media Able to see the bigger picture for the business and highly commercially minded ensuring all departments work seamlessly together You need to be adaptable, flexible and have a can-do attitude Driven and determined personality with an excellent work ethic Passion for learning and continually improving Motivated to achieve common goals and go over and above the minimum job requirements (going the extra mile) About the Package: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary Pension 20 days holiday statutory bank holidays.
