Overview
Caring for your Career’ Patient Experience Lead Sussex MSK Partnership East £38,000 FTE 22.50hrs Sussex MSK Partnership East is searching for a strong leader for the overall management of SMSKPE’s patient experience strategy, ensuring that patients, service users and carers can positively influence service developments. You will work with the SMSKPE leadership team to ensure that an innovative patient experience strategy is continually developed to meet the needs of our patients, carers and stakeholders. You will identify and support the implementation of quality improvements and manage all projects which contribute to the success of the patient experience strategy. You will provide advice and guidance to the leadership team on current legislation, NHS initiative and best practice relating to patient experience matters.
