Role: Bid Manager Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Location: Derbyshire Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for Bid Manager, to join a company located in Derbyshire on a Permanent basis. As Bid Manager you will work directly with the different management teams to produce tender submissions and project workbooks. The Role & Responsibilities of the Bid Manager Identify and develop Contract Opportunities in different sectors. Proactively identify new tender opportunities on a daily basis Monitor and maintain contracts & tenders’ emails. Complete and submit tenders for the various customers Track all bid and tender activity You will prepare compelling proposals, successfully outlining all benefits. To create creative and effective bid responses. Ensure that Pre-Qualification stages are completed. Manage the updating and registering of bid opportunities for tracking and monitoring purposes and prepare and circulate weekly PQQ and Tender summaries Ensure that post-tender client feedback is obtained & recorded. Requirements of the Bid Manager Experience in the preparation of Tender Submissions. Experience of writing Bids and tender documents. IT literate and good presentation skills to a high standards Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Excellent planning and organisational skills {Mainly focusing on Quality} Experience in balancing challenging priorities, and a range of differing demands.
