We're over the moon to leading the search party for a respected Welsh charity with a life-saving mission, powered by community and volunteers. We're looking for a talented Trusts Fundraiser with a passion for persuasive copy that results in winning bids and proposals. This job isn't simply just bids and grant writing. We're looking for a relationship-led fundraiser who can also make meaningful connections with trusts, foundations and commissioners. The role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a growing fundraising team. Spearheading and supporting the growth of income, you'll take the lead on trusts and grants and nurture an already healthy income stream to reach its full potential. With a strong focus on communication and writing skills, you'll manage and monitor your own workload and relationships and be timely and efficient with reporting. It's a 360-degree trusts role, so you'll also enjoy working with service delivery teams to gather detail, develop analytics and improve processes.Who are we looking for? Ideally someone with previous trusts experience, although we'd be happy to consider candidates from other income streams (community, corporate, major gifts) looking to forge a career in trusts. We'd also be open to bid writing candidates from the private sector with transferable skills. You'll be naturally inquisitive and always keen to learn and develop your skills, keeping abreast of trends and developments in the grant-making field. Based from Cardiff office and open to partial homeworking. Flexible employer with life and family-friendly culture. Condensed hours, a 9-day fortnight and 4 days per week are all possible for the right candidate.
