Studio Manager

We are looking to recruit a heavyweight Studio Manager or Creative Services Manager for an award winning experiential and events agency in South Bucks. You will be responsible for ensuring complex design and build projects for some of the world's most demanding clients are delivered on time and above expectation. Your role will essentially be to plan ahead in conjunction with the design and account management teams to ensure that nothing can go wrong, and then deal with it when it does. The role is hands on workflow allocation and scheduling but with a strong strategic element as the agency transitions from one with a focus on exhibitions, events and experiences into a fully integrated one. Key Requirements: 3-5 years Studio Management experience Digital and Strategy experience Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships across all functions Integrated studio experience Delivery focused, getting projects delivered on time Demonstrable experience in collaborating for results Process driven Understanding of all creative skillsets to be able to resource efficiently Gravitas to operate at that senior level Experience of working within a Prince 2 or Agile environment would be advantageous but not an absolute essential.
