We are a leading creative content production company, shooting advertising campaigns for some of the UK’s leading brands including M&S, Booths, Center Parcs, Bacardi and Crayola. Due to a significant number of new business wins and the continued growth of our existing client portfolio we are now looking to appoint a Client Services Manager. Client Services Manager - What is the job? Reporting directly into the MD and working closely with the commercial and production teams, your role is to build and nurture successful client partnerships and serve as their key Powerhouse contact to ensure a first-class service. You will be responsible for progressing existing business and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the achievement of company revenue, profit and customer satisfaction targets. Active contribution to the Operations Leadership team, reporting progress and contributing to business planning Strategic management of existing clients, setting the standard by which all accounts should be managed. Implement best practice in client service techniques and ethos throughout the business. The execution and running of each client account, ensuring we are producing commercially viable solutions and taking action to address any issues as they arise. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key clients and onboarding new clients Supporting the new business team in winning new clients and responding to client briefs Working with marketing to create customer touchpoint programme Identify clients’ needs and work with the wider business to develop new products and services to meet them. Keeping fully up to date with market insight through networking, actively researching and studying the market and proactively sharing knowledge with colleagues, clients and peers. Client Services Manager - Who are we looking for? You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a creative agency or marketing environment with substantial experience of client services and/or account management You will be a strategic and commercial thinker with market knowledge and a good understanding of key business metrics Your strengths will be in relationship management and development with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues You will be a confident and competent presenter, able to promote our services with credibility You will pride yourself on excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet client and business needs.
