THE FIRM A prestigious, popular and collegial City law firm. THE ROLE The firm is currently recruiting for a Leveraged Finance associate. The team advises both lenders and borrowers (including private equity funds) on the financing of domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions. As part of a market-leading team, candidates will enjoy a uniquely dynamic range of work. ABOUT YOU Candidates with 3-5pqe are likely to have the right level of knowledge and experience needed to be able to successfully undertake this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, with an international awareness and focus to their work and will have gained exposure to leveraged/acquisition finance deals.
