Overview
Why do people become Architects? I'd like to think it's because Architects are creative, pay great attention to detail, a passion for the built environment and perhaps not the best at Maths Would any Architect agree? I know who would, the client we're currently representing A locally acclaimed architectural studio, based in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre, is looking for an accomplished Architect to bolster the design of several new projects which are about to commence. Projects won't be limited to one sector, as you will get the chance to get your creative juices flowing from as early as RIBA Stages 0 - 2. What's even more interesting is our client have a great reputation for seeing projects through from start to finish, something which is unheard of, but you'll certainly feel part of something special. Sectors > Residential (High-end), Hospitality, Commercial, Educational & Retail - Multi-million-pound value(s) Design can be quite an individual and perhaps rare skill to have. Therefore, our client is not hesitant to reward someone with that niche quality. The plan for this successful candidate would be to progress into upper management in the future. Our client is looking for someone that has that, ' Je ne said quoi ', about them. Not the easiest criteria to follow, I understand. Hopefully what I've highlighted below will confirm if you're suited to the role or not. UK Qualified Architect A minimum of 5 years' post qualified experience within a UK practice Able to create outstanding design ideas. There's NO limitations to your creativity Affluent in Revit Excellent understand of the Scottish Building Regulations & Standards The salary on offer is highly competitive, offering up to £42,000. (If you are looking for more, this is negotiable of course) As mentioned, if you are looking for progression, this opportunity can certainly offer that. Any other questions? Please feel free to get in touch with Matthew Gilchrist on . If you're happy with the information above and believe you can create additional value to this architectural practice, please submit your CV & Portfolio in your application.
