Social Media Executive with Facebook Ads Manager experience sought by a market leading financial services company near York and Harrogate with a majority stake in their field. The Role: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as Social Media Executive you'll create and maintain a strong online company presence, implementing online paid advertising strategies through social media accounts. You'll develop content and suggest creative ways to attract customers and promote the brand, increasing web traffic and engagement metrics in line with marketing strategies. Duties will include: Create & manage paid social campaigns with Facebook Ads Manager, improving them through constantly monitoring activity and reporting on their success and future strategies Develop & implement quarterly Social Media Plans to create and ensure best practice, and report on their success to inform future strategies Create & run Facebook, Instagram & Twitter campaigns to earn natural SEO links and PR exposure Manage the customer experience via social media, interacting meaningfully with users engaging online, ensuring brand voice is used Provide up-to-date information on current social media trends and competitor activity Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement Manage daily activities; proactively and reactively coordinate social media activity planning Brief Design team to create engaging graphics, video & creative to assist planned campaigns Assist copywriting team with vibrant, contemporary content for website, blogs and promotional literature Work with copywriting team, PR Coordinator and Marketing Manager to plan ways to attract customers e.g. promotions and competitions The successful Social Media Executive will demonstrate: 2 years' experience in a Social Media role, in organic and paid channels Passion for social media (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) both on and off social media Experience of creating content and generating engagement on social media to support and compliment overall marketing strategies Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively Creative, open and innovative with strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills Degree in relevant Marketing/Media field would be beneficial Due to office location, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential Benefits: £22,000 - £26,000 salary Flexible working Free parking 20 days holiday bank holidays, and holiday bonus and salary sacrifice schemes Excellent staff discount Regular staff socials and events Hot drinks On-site crèche Free workwear Government pension Social Media Executive - Facebook Ads Manager York, North Yorkshire - commutable from Harrogate, Leeds, Thirsk, Wetherby, Ripon, Tadcaster, Pontefract etc £22,000 - £26,000 benefits Social Media Assistant | Social Media Officer | Social Media Coordinator | Marketing Executive | Marketing Assistant | Marketing Coordinator | Online Marketing | Digital Marketing | Online Media | Social Advertising | Paid Social
