Overview
Digital Product Manager - City of London - Permanent - £48k - £52k Per Annum plus bonus The Company A Digital Product Manager with experience of focusing on customer needs is required by a Financial Services company, who have recently undergone a restructure and implemented an Agile way of working. You will be joining a newly formed Sprint team. The Role You will be a part of the team, transforming the customer experience digitally and online. The role holder will be an experienced in delivering great digital customer experiences, to manage and optimise the online customer journeys and supporting processes. Responsibilities You will be accountable for the management and optimisation of all customer journeys, ensuring they continuously meet customer needs and our customer satisfaction targets. You will continuously monitor and optimise the Journey and product performance throughout the entire end to end customer lifecycle. You will be identifying strengths / weaknesses and opportunity's, based on interpreting qualitative and quantitative user data to identify how the existing product can be improved. You will be working directly with the UX team to identify customer research opportunities to identify future roadmap items. You will promote and practice a test and learn approach to creating products, including defining and analysing key metrics, A/B testing and multivariate testing. You will be managing User acceptance testing for all new product features. Experience Required Have a collaborative approach, working across technical & non-technical teams managing stakeholders Be passionate and effective at delivering a product roadmap and agile ways of working Be resilient to complexity and ambiguity in a fast-changing environment Have strong project management and prioritisation skills A working knowledge of Agile product development methodology and SCRUM in particular Be able to run and take part in effective workshops Be able to document the complex processes that drive and underpin the customer journeys Have working knowledge of SEO best practice Have working knowledge of programming for the web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus) Benefits for this position include:- Bonus of up to 20% - performance related Generous annual leave and pension Health Insurance Life Assurance Plus much more
