Recruitment Consultant Looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant for a successful and growing multi-disciplined Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Reading. Looking for Professional Recruiters who want to hit the ground running, get the job done, earn some money and continue career growth. Environment & Office: A mature, down to earth, fun and buzzing office environment. With a new office move, they can offer a spacious, modern and open plan working environment with sit/stand desks, a chill out area, a top of the range Nespresso coffee machine, cold water machine, fresh fruit and breakfast foods. Duties: You will be expected to find, manage and close your own clients and candidates to meet your revenue targets. You will develop and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business. You will source candidates for job opportunities for clients and manage campaigns from start to finish. Create candidate searches via job boards, linked in, social media and word of mouth Extras: Every consultant will get access to a telemarketing assistant to help you build your market by finding new clients within your sector.
