Overview
Email marketing / CRM Analyst / CRM Marketing / CRM Executive / Digital Marketing / Online Marketing ESA Group are working with a Consumer Durables organisation based in Birmingham with an immediate requirement for an experienced CRM Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for management and development of the company customer data and technology capability to deliver data and analysis for targeted campaigns. Working with the wider marketing team, you will also get exposure to the full campaign planning and delivery cycle. This is an ideal role for a professional with a background in a data focused role with a true passion for marketing and CRM. Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, the successful candidate with work closely with the team. You will be planning campaigns and be responsible for data segmentation, testing, delivery and post campaign analysis of email and direct mail campaigns Use of key technologies such as marketing automation to drive efficiency in the marketing process Manage daily and ad-hoc performance reporting Report on campaign performance, monitor responder data and improve targeting for campaigns Ensure standards are always kept high in terms of following best practice, data quality standard and compliance with GDPR Manage data quality within the database, keep a monthly tracker of data quality changes and identify and rectify issues at source Produce a range of dashboards, reports and insight using existing company data and 3rd party data enrichment to ensure marketing management have the necessary information to drive business decisions In addition to the above, there is an opportunity to support the wider team with CRM campaign execution, assisting with content development, internal planning and campaign scheduling. About You: You will have extensive experience working in a CRM data role, ideally with exposure to both email and direct mail data. Experience using a CRM platform (ideally Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud), Google Analytics, marketing automation and direct marketing in a B2C environment Experience interpreting relational database structures, ensuring the database remains fully GDPR compliant Highly numerate with advanced Microsoft Excel skill, llogical and analytical with great attention to detail You will ideally hold a degree in marketing or statistics but this is not essential.
