Overview
The practice: A number of opportunities have arisen for talented and experienced interior designers to join a leading national architectural practice based in Manchester. The roles offer an excellent opportunity to design and deliver interior schemes for national landmark projects. The role: The interior designer will be involved in the concept design and development of schemes within the hotel and high- end residential sectors. Working collaboratively with a talented design team you’ll use your creativity and technical knowledge to deliver client expectations at the luxury end of the market. You’ll also work with an external visualisation team to create CGI’s that will further develop the original vision of the schemes. The Manchester team will work on a strong pipeline of local projects, but you’ll also have the opportunity to work in partnership with the London based team. The level of project and variety will give you excellent exposure to high quality work and bring your skills to the next level. Your skills: As you’ll work nationally on large complex projects experience of working at that level is required. Luxury hotel or high- end residential experience would also be preferred. Applications are invited from candidates with a strong portfolio of work, recent experience of working at leading design studio and a degree or equivalent in interior design. The projects are delivered in Revit and you’ll use Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite to produce designs.
