External Affairs Manager

Are you an experienced External Affairs or Public Relations Manager? Have you worked within Pharma or another regulated Industry? We have a great opportunity that will allow for remote working as long as you can commit to a few days a month working in the clients Yorkshire based office (excellent road and rail links). As an External Affairs / Public Relations Manager you will develop and execute all External Affairs activity for the client and will drive the company purpose forward in all that you do. You will have extensive experience of stakeholder management. Duties and responsibilities: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company reputation Support the marketing plan and strategy by identifying appropriate partners where required Contribute to all sales and profit targets set within the commercial business Develop and lead various programmes with various stakeholders and approach new ones where required so that they can advocate company products Management of all joint working initiatives with relevant healthcare and professional bodies Ensure all healthcare professional interactions are executed in accordance with company standards Project management of all educational programmes Acting as a key liaison function between all teams and external stakeholders Execution of event strategies Implements external communications programmes and activities to support business objectives, initiatives and activities Ideal Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent, ABPI Qualified, over 5 years experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (External Affairs or Professional Relations) or another regulated industry or medical role Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
